As baby boomers are finally moving towards retirement, learn how we as Millennials and late Gen-Xer’s are poised to open up a new world of workplace leadership. This one hour seminar is geared toward Millennials and will provide an overview of the different generations followed by an explanation of the leadership change. We are reshaping the workforce dynamics and learning what to anticipate during the resulting transition. Learn some general tips that will set you up for success in your new leadership position and how to best understand and manage your employees from a variety of generations. Delivered by a late Gen-xer/Millennial who was part of a generational leadership change and will share real-world experience in managing diverse generations in the workplace.

Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.
